Steel TradeNet is a private business-to-business marketplace and network for companies operating in and around cold-formed steel framing. By using Steel TradeNet, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Account and Company Information

Users must provide accurate account, contact, and company information. You are responsible for keeping your information reasonably current and for protecting access to your account.

Posts, Responses, Messages, and Uploads

You are responsible for the accuracy of your posts, responses, messages, uploads, and other communications. Do not upload or share unlawful, malicious, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.

No Transaction Guarantee

Steel TradeNet does not guarantee availability, pricing, quality, delivery, production capacity, completion, or the outcome of any opportunity or transaction. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Steel TradeNet is not a party to transactions, agreements, quotes, purchases, sales, freight arrangements, or other dealings between members.

Member Information and Non-Circumvention

Users must not misuse member information. Users may not use information obtained through Steel TradeNet to bypass, solicit, contact, quote, or transact directly with another member's customers, suppliers, project contacts, or business opportunities without written permission from the originating member.

Platform Enforcement

Steel TradeNet may suspend, deactivate, remove, or restrict accounts, posts, messages, uploads, or access for misuse, abuse, spam, fraud, security concerns, inaccurate information, or violation of platform rules.

Retention

Existing posts, responses, messages, uploads, and account records may be retained for platform integrity, dispute review, security, compliance, support, and recordkeeping.

Steel TradeNet is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every opportunity will be accurate, available, or suitable for your business.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steel TradeNet and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform or dealings between members. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
